PRAISE THE LORD, EVERYBODY!

 Camp Meeting , a time to experience new spiritual encounters, is coming soon!   You are invited to attend the Church of God Ministry and Retreat Center in Palmetto, LA at the Palmetto Campgrounds to be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 to Sunday, July 17, 2022.     Rev. Dr. Dwight L. Fontenot and Dr. Argenis Conner-Fontenot from Ypsilanti, Michigan will be our guest speakers.       

Our theme this year is "An Outpouring Encounter".  The theme scripture is based on

  Isaiah 44:3-4  " For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground:   I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:  And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.     Outpouring meaning the act of pouring out.   Encounter meaning face to face meeting often between advisories.  

We are to ENCOUNTER GOD.    We want a pouring out of God's spirit upon lives, families and churches.     

Highlights of camp meeting activities include morning prayer and worship, conferences, including breakout sessions , leadership summit to the addressing of community resources to meet the needs of my community and "Outpouring Encounters"  during evening services.
